Concrete Project

If you are headed out to the Ryf Road site over the next week or so…things will look a little different. We are in the middle of a concrete project out in front of the building, but you’ll get to see and walk on some of the new sidewalk for church on Sunday!!! All doors (except for one) will be accessible and open. HOWEVER…if you usually park on the playground/Hero Central side of the building, part of that sidewalk has not been poured yet and won’t be open.

Summer Bible Class

Here are Community Church we’re big fans of the Bible.  In fact, we would say that it’s the most important book ever written.  We encourage you to read it regularly, and we use it as the basis for everything we do.  But have you ever asked questions like, “Where did the Bible actually come from?” or “Why are there so many different translations of the Bible?”  Starting June 4, we’re hosting a 3 week class called Where did your Bible come from?  We’ll explore the history of the Bible as we seek to understand how a book that was written 2000 years ago ended up in your hands in modern English.
Class details: Mondays June 4 – 18.  6:00-8:00pm in the Community Room at CC – Ryf Road.  Register at
Contact Pastor Joe if you have any questions.

Leaving a Legacy

Have you ever thought of including Community Church in your will? Setting up a deferred gift is a great way to leave a legacy. What a great thought to think that a gift you leave for the church, of any size, might be able to help Community Church carry on ministry for generations to come. If you have any questions, contact Wayne Meier in the church office – or consult your attorney or financial counselor.
