General Announcements

Are you interested in getting baptized? We will be having a Baptism Service on June 5th during Foundations. If you are interested in getting baptized, sign up at community-church.com/baptism.

Community Church Oshkosh is offering a one day Mission Project opportunity to serve in inner city Milwaukee. We will be serving food at the outreach site for those ministering to the inner city. Join us June 4th 9am - 5pm. For additional information and to sign up go to community-church.com/missionday.

We are looking for volunteers to help make a donation for VBS this summer. Donations and supplies are needed to run VBS in a way that allows us to offer it free of charge. Please consider donating at community-church.com/donatevbs.

Community Kids is looking for friendly faces to join our Community Kids check-in desk team for the 11:00 service. Responsibilities include greeting families, printing name tags, securing the entry/exit to Community Kids and smiling! Please contact Wendy at wendyls@community-church.com to sign up!

Tribute Quartet, a Southern Gospel Quartet is coming to Plymouth Congregational Church Oshkosh Friday evening June 3rd at 6:30 PM. Tribute Quartet is one of the top quartets in Southern Gospel music.

COTS is looking for individuals or groups to create and deliver meals for the men at the newest Oshkosh COTS building. COTS assists residents in their transition to self-sufficiency by providing a safe, affordable place to live, food, hygiene and household needs, and life skills training. They provide Positive Placement planning and ongoing case management to each resident in our program for up to two years. CLICK HERE for more information.

Groups

Celebrate Recovery meets Friday evenings from 6-8pm at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church 808 N. Main Street Oshkosh. Come find freedom from your hurts, habits, and hangups and live the life God desires for you to live. CLICK HERE for additional information.

A NEW Women’s Community Group will be starting beginning May 19th meeting in New London the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6pm.
This will be biblically based community group that shares in deep conversation and deep relationships, in order that we may strengthen, teach, and admonish one another in accordance with God’s will and the fruit of the spirit. This group will share gratitude and burdens on our hearts as we enable each other to overcome or endure earthly circumstances and turn to God. Conversation to be guided by IF:Gathering and IF:Table content. CLICK HERE for more information.

Senior Gathering will be hosting a Potluck Dinner & Concert on Thursday, June 9th at 6pm. Register today online or at the CCO info desk and sign up for a dish to pass. The concert will feature a special guest, locally known Tribute Singer(Elvis, etc.): Dan Sanchez & other performers singing Songs of the Savior.

Young Adult Bonfire is this Friday, May 20th. Young Adults (age 18-35) are invited to join us for Supper and Bonfire from 6:00-10:00pm at Jed and Kelika Campbell home 475 Glendale Ave, Oshkosh. Rain or shine! For additional information go to community-church.com/youngadult.

Community Kids

Community Kids will be open this Sunday for Nursery - 6th grade at the 8:30am and 11am services. Foundations is at 10am with classes for all ages.

This summer Community Kids will be open for Nursery through PreTeen during the 8:30am service and open for Nursery through PreK at the 11:00am service. Sunday, May 29th Community Kids will be open for Nursery - PreK for 1st service only. Community Kids will be closed during Foundations and 2nd service.

CSM

6th GRADE PREVIEW NIGHT
Students that will be entering 6th grade in the fall are invited to join us for a CSM Preview Night on May 25th 6-8pm.

LAST CSM - PARTY
Join us for the final CSM of the year on Wednesday, June 1st 6-8pm. It will be a fun night of celebration. Watch for more info.

Join us for worship at 8:30am & 11am as we continue in our series, Unshakeable and look at Hebrews 12:18-29. Community Kids is open for children nursery - 6th grade during the 8:30 & 11am services. Foundations is at 10am with classes for all ages (nursery - adult).
