General Announcements
The Bible commands that after making a decision to follow Jesus we are to be baptized. This is a symbol of new life in Christ. It shows they want to celebrate that new life in Christ and commit to living for Jesus publicly. If you would like to take that next step or you want to discuss further, fill out this form at community-church.com/baptism. We will be having a baptism service on Sunday, August 28th.
Save the Date for the CCO Annual Serve the City September 17 & 18th. As a church we will get involved in service projects across the city of Oshkosh & Fox Valley so we can be the hands and feet of Jesus. Join us as we SERVE THE CITY! Sign ups coming soon!
Join us on Sunday, August 28th for the Annual Church Picnic. We will have ONE SERVICE at 10am followed by BBQ lunch, games and fellowship. Food will be provided by Community Church with an opportunity to give a donation to cover the cost. A Bake Sale will be available with sweet treats. All donations from the Bake Sale will go towards Hosea Heart Mission Trip.
Love Like You Mean It (LLYMI) is a video study from Family Life for married couples. LLYMI dives deep into how God defines and displays true love: the love your soul craves! Join us starting on September 15th from 6:30-8 PM. Find out more HERE.
Join us for a One Day Mission Outreach to Milwaukee on Saturday, August 27th. We will be working with a neighborhood outreach "Genesis in Milwaukee'', a transition house for former inmates. We will be meeting at CCO at 9am and carpool too Milwaukee. We are looking for 15-20 to join us. Sign up today.
Daughters and their Fathers or special role models in their life are invited to the Praise His Name With Dancing Denim and Diamonds Dance on September 18, 3-6pm Poplar Creek Barn in Oshkosh. CLICK HERE for more information.

Community Church Young Adult Bonfire Night is on September 9th from 6:30-10:00.
Young Adults (ages18-35) are invited to join us for a night around the bonfire at Karl and Heather Kramer’s home. Join us rain or shine! Sign up at community-church.com/youngadult.
Celebrate Recovery meets Friday evenings from 6-8pm at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church 808 N. Main Street Oshkosh. Come find freedom from your hurts, habits, and hangups and live the life God desires for you to live. CLICK HERE for additional information.
