Welcome to our “News & Notes” blog!

Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think,
according to the power at work within us.  Ephesians 3:20

BEYOND

CCO’s vision is that we follow Jesus together.  We are His disciples given the mission of making disciples. BEYOND is the soul-challenging and faith-stretching journey in which we live out our values of Reach, Connect, and Empower.

PRAYER FOCUS | Ephesians 3:14-15
Our Father in Heaven, it boggles the mind that You, who created the heavens and the earth and all that is in them, would want us to be Your children. You have given us life, You care for us, and even when we walked in rebellion to You, You provided a new future and hope for us through the suffering, death, and resurrection of Jesus. May we consider all that You have done and provided for us, and in love and gratitude live to please You, our heavenly Father, and give of ourselves and our possessions even as Jesus gave so completely for us. You truly are thee good, good Father and we give You thanks for Your great love for us. Amen.

Life in Babylon - The LGBTQ Conversation
Babylon is the name of an ancient nation. Biblically speaking, it’s also a lens through which we understand how we interact with the world around us. We are exiles - this place is not our home. But we live here. How are we supposed to interact with the world around us? How are we supposed to view the LGBTQ conversation through our faith in Jesus? More importantly, how are we to love and care for our LGBTQ neighbors? This class will tackle the polarizing, complex topic that is the LGBTQ conversation.

Marriage: Built to Last
Throughout this series, you'll experience real life couples share candidly about their struggles in communication, finances, sexual intimacy, expectations, and
more. Whether you're newly married, remarried, or wanting to improve your relationship, this study provides Biblical and practical teaching to give you tools to live intentionally and love biblically.

Starting Point
If you're new to Community Church, we'd love to have you join us for Starting Point, where we'll share a bit more in-depth about who we are as a church and how you can grow with us! If you are joining us online, please go to community-church.com/welcome to fill out the form. We would love to connect with you.
