General Announcements
Prayer Night! Join us for a night of Prayer at Community Church Ryf Road March 10th 6:30pm.
Calling all creatives! If you are gifted in the area of lighting, video, audio, or music, we would love to know more about you. Our worship ministry has a number of needs in these areas and we would love to talk with you if you think you might be a good fit for our teams. Please contact Pastor Jason or Pastor Drew to learn more!
Help For The Homeless - The Family Radio partners with area homeless and crisis programs by inviting the community to donate needed hygiene items for “Help for the Homeless.” Community Church will be collecting donations now through March 8th. Click here for a list of items needed.
We believe baptism is an outward sign of something God has done in your life. If you are a follower of Jesus the next step is baptism. We will be offering baptisms on April 26th. Please fill out this form if interested.
The live stream ministry is undergoing construction. We will be hitting “pause” starting March 1st. We are looking for ways to strengthen the ministry and its outreach through improved equipment as well as training additional team members. Please feel free to contact info@community-church.com for more information about how to be part of the tech team responsible for live streaming. We will keep you posted on our progress. Thank you for your patience!

Young Adults will be hosting an Escape Room Activity at Escape Oshkosh on Sunday, March 22nd at 5:45-7:30. The cost is $26/person. Sign up at community-church.com/youngadult.

Women's Ministry
Join us for our Women's Retreat on March 20th - March 21st at Green Lake Conference Center. Lynne Johnson will be speaking as we explore the theme of restoration. Sign up today at community-church.com/womensretreat
Bible Study - The Case for Christ by Lee Strobel lead by Mary Draeger and Markley Delikowski. Journey along with Lee Strobel on a quest for the truth about Jesus Christ. Do you have a friend or spouse question Jesus as the Son of God? Invite them to join you. Join us for this 6 week study, Thursday evenings 6-8pm beginning in March 5th.

CSM
Broomball and Bonfire Night! March 6th from 7-9pm we will have a Bonfire and Broomball night at Community Church Ryf Road. This event is for students 8th grade - High School. Hot chocolate and snacks will be provided.
Colorado 2020 - Save the date! This is a high school trip that will encourage students to not only stretch their faith with God but will continue to develop a stronger relationship with their peers and leaders. The trip will be June 20-28th with pricing and details still to come.
Salvation Army Donations - During the month of February we will be collecting toys to donate to the Salvation Army Birthday Club.

The Little Free Pantry Challenge! Bring your items to stock the pantry THIS SUNDAY. Hero Central classrooms are competing against one another to STOCK THE PANTRY! The class with the most items will win donut / hot cocoa party on Sunday, March 8th.
We have collected a total of 653 items. The 2nd / 3rd graders have taken the lead with 227 items.
HERO Central is hosting a Family Roller Skating Party March 1st at Fox Valley Roller Rink from 4-6 pm. Admission is FREE with a goodwill offering at the door to support our Compassion and Haiti Foundation Against Poverty sponsored kids.

Missions
It's still not to late to join the Guyana Missions Team. We will be meeting Monday Feb 24th 6pm in the Fireside room at Ryf Road. Teens are more than welcome to join us. The team will be traveling to Guyana in July to help with a week long VBS at the same camp they previously helped expand and repair! Poland Missions will return to Chelm, Poland on July 6 for English camp with Josiah Venture. This is the third year with Chelm Baptist Church and the 10 member team is excited to continue partnering with them. Watch for information to pre-order cinnamon rolls for Easter coming soon.
Haiti Missions - Due to unsafe travel to Haiti we have made the decision to NOT send a team in March. It is so disheartening what is happening in Haiti and we continue to pray for our friends who serve there and the people who call it home.
We still want to encourage and serve however we can. Through the month of March we will collect much needed items for the children’s home we partner with in Haiti. These items keep the ministry going! Find a list of items needed at community-church.com/haiti. There are also new babies at the home because of the violence in country. These babies need sponsors. If anyone feels led to sponsor a child they can find more info at haitipoverty.org.
Swaziland Missions - We have a team of 10 traveling to Swaziland Africa to partner with Hoseas’ Heart and Pasture Valley June 13-26, 2020. Hosea’s Heart serves a group of teenage girls who are vulnerable to sex trafficking. We will be assisting them through work projects on the land and building relationships through mentoring and teaching. Pasture Valley is a small working farm in the mountains of Swaziland. It is also home to 60 children. We will be serving through work projects and reaching out to area preschools and providing food and partnership. We are super excited to provide and build playgrounds for these rural schools!
If you are interested in joining this team there are limited spots available. Contact Heather at kramerheather21@gmail.com. Our next meeting is March 15th 11am in the cafe' at Ryf Road.
