General Announcements
Sunday, December 18th is a Pajama Day in CK Preschool classrooms. Wear your favorite pajamas as we celebrate the birth of Jesus together. Join us during Foundations for a special birthday party. We are collecting NEW Pajamas for our friends in the foster care system. Pajamas can be dropped off at the check-in desk on December 18th. Thank you for helping us show the love of Jesus to our foster care community this Christmas season.
Wild Game Feed Thursday January 19th from 6:30 - 8:00pm. Join us for an evening of sharing our wild game bounty and a testimony. Fish, venison, bear, elk, duck or any other game dish. If you don't have any game to share, bring a dessert, bread, or salad. Please register and indicate what you plan to bring at community-church.com/wildgame. Perspectives is a global movement that is awakening the Body of Christ to pursue the fulfillment of God’s global purpose within every people group for His glory. Perspective class will be hosted in Oshkosh beginning Tuesday, January 10th from 6:15-9pm at River Valley Church. An early bird discount is offered until Dec 15th. Christmas
Christmas Eve - December 24th
Join us as we Celebrate the Birth of Jesus. We will have Christmas Eve Services at 2:00 | 3:30 | 5:00pm. The nursery will be open for children 0-2 during the 2pm & 3:30pm services. The worship center doors will open 30 minutes prior to each service.
The 2:00pm service will be available via livestream at community-church.com/live.
Christmas Day - December 25th
There will be no in-person Christmas Day service. A recording of Christmas Eve service will be available on Christmas Day at community-church.com/live at 8:30 | 11am.

Missions
Zach & Kyrsten Campbell serve with Expeditions Unlimited. Expeditions Unlimited is a Christian non-profit adventure camp that partners with intact groups to bring students into a closer relationship with Christ through His beautiful creation and adventure. Check out more about their ministry HERE.

Life in Babylon - The LGBTQ Conversation
Babylon is the name of an ancient nation. Biblically speaking, it’s also a lens through which we understand how we interact with the world around us. We are exiles - this place is not our home. But we live here. How are we supposed to interact with the world around us? How are we supposed to view the LGBTQ conversation through our faith in Jesus? More importantly, how are we to love and care for our LGBTQ neighbors? This class will tackle the polarizing, complex topic that is the LGBTQ conversation.
