Worship services are at 8:30am & 10am. We'll be continuing our series Anchored! This Sunday we'll be looking at God's word to see how to live at peace and being peacemakers in troubled times.
Community Kids will be open for Full Programming during the 8:30am & 10am services. Community Kids Unlimited (CKU), our special needs children's ministry, will be available at the 8:30am service.

Community Church will be hosting @convergegreatlakes_ for their Foundations 2025 Conference this Thursday & Friday! YOU are invited to join for the main session this Thursday evening, Oct. 9th, beginning at 6:45pm in the CCO Worship Center.
It will be a time of teaching and worship! This year the conference will answering the question, "What is the Gospel?" and listening to the main speaker, Dr. Joel Lawrence as he helps us dig deep into the true gospel, find clarity, and be encouraged in the mission God has called you to fulfill. Whether you’re leading from the pulpit, in kids ministry, on staff, or faithfully supporting from the front row, Foundations is for you.

Bless a Family is a ministry of Community Church. Many families and/or individuals experience challenges during the Christmas season. Those challenges may be physical, financial or emotional. Bless a Family wants to encourage these families/individuals and love them as we are commanded to do. Do you know of a family/individual that could use encouragement this Christmas Season?

MISSIONS
This month we are highlighting Damascus Road Project!
Damascus Road Project was founded in 2009 and is dedicated to fighting the evil of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation. We began as a grass roots ministry and recruited volunteers from church to help with the ministry. We worked out of our cars and our homes for many years until we finally had a permament office in 2018. We recently re-located from that space to 1528 Oregon Street in Oshkosh.

Volunteers Needed!
Fall Fest!
Enjoy a family-fun afternoon with trunk or treating, face painting, balloon animals, bouncy houses, games and activities for the whole family to enjoy on October 19th from 2-4pm. Registration for this event is not required.
Dress up as your favorite cartoon character, a silly costume, or come as yourself! We will have prizes for the "best dressed" at the event! Reminder: this is not a scary event. Please do not wear/decorate anything with fake blood, skull & crossbones, etc.
If you are interested in decorating a vehicle in the Trunk or Treat, CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP.
CANDY ANYONE?
We are collecting individually wrapped candy donations to help make this event extra sweet for all the kids. Please bring all donations to the Community Kids desk by Oct. 12th.

We’re hosting a conference at the church tomorrow and will be cleaning right after youth group tonight.
Empower Conference
The Empower Student Conference is taking place on Friday, October 10th at 6pm! This is an event designed for students in grades 6-12. We want them to participate with churches from across the region and partner with what the Lord is doing through our students. They'll worship together as one body, listen to biblical teachings, and wrap up the night with a concert featuring Social Club Misfits. There is a free event!
