Sunday, January 11th, 2026

Worship services are at 8am, 9:30am and 11am. We'll be continuing our series, "Rhythms", while focusing on the importance of generosity. Being generous does not just mean with your finances, it is your time, your energy, the resources you have been given. Let's talk about how to align your generosity with Christ's view.

January is National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month and January 11th (this Sunday) is Human Trafficking Awareness Day. Join us in wearing BLUE on Sunday, Jan. 11th to raise awareness and join the fight against Human Trafficking.

Community Kids will be open for Full Programming during the 8am, 9:30 and 11am services. Community Kids Unlimited (CKU), our special needs children's ministry, will be available at the 9:30am service.

The Cafe 
This weekend in the cafe we will be serving Egg Bake & French Toast Bake!

All proceeds will go toward supporting Valley Christian School. Valley Christian School is where God's Word and purposeful education meet to graduate Christ-Centered World-Changers. It is a school for 4k -12th grade. Their mission is for students to discover their God-given design , be equipped to reach their full potential and boldly impact their world for Christ. GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

Stephen Ministry Training
Stephen Ministry is launching new training! Stephen Ministers provide one-to-one Christian care—meeting weekly to listen, pray, and walk with someone through a challenging season. They’re trained lay caregivers, not professional counselors, but compassionate companions in Christ. Being a Stephen Minister may be one of the most fulfilling and transformative ministries you will ever be a part of. You will grow spiritually and gain skills to use not only in your caring ministry but also in your everyday relationships with family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers.
New training begins Sunday mornings, 9:30–12:00, starting January 18. Register HERE

If you'd like to publicly declare your faith we'll be having baptisms during service on Sunday, February 22nd. Register HERE

Join us for a powerful night of worship. All are welcome, invite your friends and family. CSM students will be joining us for the worship night. There is no Childcare for this event.

1st Annual Human Trafficking Awareness Day Rally - Damascus Road Project
Damascus Road Project will be holding signs for the 16th Annual Human Trafficking Awareness Day Rally at the Opera House Square (sundial) in Oshkosh from 1pm-3pm. Come for an hour or stay for the entire event!  

Meet at the Oshkosh Police Department Community vehicle when you arrive. Dress Warm! Signs & hot beverages will be provided. No training required. Everyone is welcome. Please share! The more people we have, the greater the impact! An additional rally will be held in Waupaca if you are closer to that location at Public Gazebo Park on Main St. from 11:30am-1:30pm. AfterParty! Volleyball and Dinner
AfterParty! join us on Sunday, January 18th from 2-7pm for a fun afternoon of volleyball at The Bar (2-5) and dinner to follow (place to be determined). You will be responsible to pay for your own dinner. We will meet at the Bar at 2pm. The address is 825 N Washburn St, Oshkosh. Please register by Saturday, January 17th. Register HERE

Women's Ministry | Cocoa Connections
Bring your favorite cup and join us for a morning of warmth and connection as we enjoy a hot cocoa bar with muffins and hear testimony from one of our Women’s Ministry leaders, Brenda Hernday, on her journey with God, how God led her to start a ministry, where that ministry is going, and how you can be engaged and encourage women around the world with her.

Torch on the Tundra Men's Event
Torch on the Tundra is a Men's Ministry event where men of all ages can meet, eat, and recreate with other men of CCO out on the ice of a local lake. The event will feature a bonfire on the ice, venison chili, ice fishing, snowmobiling, four wheeling, broomball, and whatever else we decide to do for fun! We will create opportunities for guys to try these activities, even if they have no ice fishing gear, no snowmobiles, etc. Invite friends and family, come out, and if you have gear you want to play with on the ice, please bring it out.

The Mindful Marriage Conference
The Mindful Marriage Conference™ is designed to inspire, educate, and encourage couples in all seasons of life (pre-marriage, marriage, and blended family marriage) toward greater intimacy and stability. Designed for healthy and distressed couples alike.
Cost is $25 per couple if you register before December 31, 2025 (Cost goes up to $50 from January 1-March)
Friday, March 13 from 6:30-8:30pm and Saturday, March 14 from 8:30am-12:30pm. Children's programming is available (but limited) only with pre-registration.

Baby Dedications
Are you interested in having your child dedicated? Our next Child Dedication will be during service on February 15th. Child Dedication is a ceremony that dedicates a child to God. Parents also dedicate themselves to raising the child in a Godly home. Register HERE

Play and Praise
Monday, February 2nd | 9:30-11am

Join us for story time, worship, crafts, snacks, and fellowship. Kiddos age 5 and under and their caregivers are invited to join us.

Love Your Neighbor Challenge!
Save the date for our annual Love Your Neighbor event beginning February 1st! Every week in February, we encourage kids to bring in items to Community Church to go to the Free Little Pantries in Oshkosh. More information coming soon!

With the new service times the Middle School Foundations class will be at 9:30am service in the Meeting Room (by the offices).

Snow Duels! 
Snow Duels is the CSM Winter Retreat for Middle School and High School students you won't want to miss. Join us February 6-8, 2026 at Silver Birch Ranch Camp. Get ready for your relationship with God to grow deeper through a weekend of fun, fellowship, inspiration, and lots of snow!
