General Announcements
We would love your help in donating supplies! If you are interested in purchasing snacks to fill the tent at Lifest, sign up at community-church.com/lifest.
CSM will be hosting a tent out at Lifest and students are encouraged to stop by. We will have snacks, games, and a place to meet up with friends.
Child Dedication is a ceremony that dedicates a child to God and welcomes them into the church. Parents also dedicate themselves to raising the child in a Godly home. We have a Child Dedication class coming up on July 16th at 11:00am. If you would like to have your child dedicated, you will need to attend this class. If you have any questions, please contact Pastor Tommy at tommyk@community-church.com.
The Bible commands that after making a decision to follow Jesus we are to be baptized. This is a symbol of new life in Christ. It shows they want to celebrate that new life in Christ and commit to living for Jesus publicly. If you would like to take that next step or you want to discuss further, fill out the form at community-church.com/baptism. We have a baptism service coming up on July 9th.
The Mission Aviation Support Association (MASA) provides free housing, food, and transportation to missionary pilots and personnel from missionary aviation support organizations attending the Experimental Aircraft Association’s AirVenture in Oshkosh. This year’s AirVenture runs from July 24th - 30th.
WE NEED HELP from local volunteers to provide:
We still have two Low & Slow Leadership lunches left. Everyone is invited, please register so we can plan accordingly. While you are barbecuing, there are actually a few lessons that we can learn besides the right temperature for your ribs. Join Pastor Karl this summer for Low & Slow Leadership! We will be talking through leadership lessons based on principles from the smoker. Food will be provided, registration is required. Sign up today at community-church.com/bbq.
The church office will be closed on Tuesday, July 4th in observance of the 4th of July holiday.
Hosea's Heart is coming to Community Church Oshkosh! Scars: Up From the Ashes will feature 10 performers from Hosea’s Heart at CCO Oshkosh on Wednesday, August 23rd at 6:00pm.
We could not be more excited & honored to be bringing this powerful & empowering performance to Oshkosh: a performance that not only raises awareness of the realities of human trafficking and sexual violence worldwide, but also tells the story of hope, healing, forgiveness, and redemption through song, dance, and spoken word. You do not want to miss this breathtaking performance!

- Bedroom space in their homes
- Vehicles for the attendees’ use while they are attending AirVenture
- Transportation to and from airports when attendees arrive and depart
- Help serving meals to attendees in the hospitality tent on the AirVenture grounds
- Financial support to help underwrite the cost of providing meals
