Here you can find all the latest updates on what’s happening at Community Church Oshkosh.

Many families and/or individuals experience challenges during the Christmas season. Those challenges may be physical, financial or emotional. Help us encourage these families/individuals during this season. Stop by the Bless a Family tree in the lobby to pick up a tag and bless these families this season. All gifts are due back December 3rd.

Join us on the FIRST TUESDAY of each month for a time of Worship & Prayer together as a church family. Our next gathering will be at 6:30pm on December 5th.

Perspectives Class is being offered at Community Church Fond du Lac (N6717 Streblow Dr) beginning January 9, 2023. This 15 week class meets every Tuesday 5:30pm to 8:30pm. Perspectives is a study program rooted in Scripture, clarifying each believer’s remarkable opportunity to join God in His global purpose.  Registration is available online at Perspectives.org (discounted registration is available).

National Runaway & Homeless Youth Prevention Month
November is National Runaway and Homeless Youth Prevention month. Home Base, a program of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley seeks to raise awareness and provide services, support, and resources for young people in our community, with Youth on the Move. Find out more information HERE.

AfterParty is hosting a FriendsGiving Potluck and Fellowship on Sunday, November 26 from 4:30-8:30 at Community Church Oshkosh.  AfterParty is a group open for any adults, ages 25-40. Sign up to join us at community-church.com/afterparty.

Celebrate Recovery meets Friday evenings from 6-8pm at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church 808 N. Main Street Oshkosh. Come find freedom from your hurts, habits, and hangups and live the life God desires for you to live. CLICK HERE for additional information.

Young Adults Ministry meets on Tuesday evenings for adults age 18-28. CLICK HERE for more information.

Community Kids will be open during the 8:30am service for Nursery and PreK ONLY. Community Kids will be closed during the 11am service.

Welcome in the Christmas season with Community Kids at our Christmas Celebration event at CCO on December 3rd from 2-4pm. There will be worship, activities, and hot chocolate! Register online before November 28th to earn additional raffle tickets for our raffle drawing the day of the event. To register, go to community-church.com/events.

Looking for a fun way to connect with your children and serve the Oshkosh community? Join Community Kids as they head to Bethel Homes on December 10th to sing Christmas carols and hand out Christmas cards to the residents. Sunday, December 3rd Community Kids PreK class will be having a PJ Party! Children are encouraged to wear PJs to church and bring in new PJs to donate to the Foster Care Closet.

Play & Praise is December 4th. Join us for story time, worship, crafts, snacks, and fellowship. Kiddos age 5 and under and their caregivers are invited to join us each month. CLICK HERE for more information.

Middle School Students!!! Join CSM on a MISSION TRIP this summer, July 6-11, 2023. Find out more and sign up at community-church.com/minnesota. CSM is inviting Middle School students to join us as we serve the city of Minneapolis while partnering with a local church in the area. We will have opportunities to serve the homeless, kids in the community, and any of the needs of the local church.

Sunday worship services are at 8:30am & 11am. Foundations will NOT be meeting this week due to the holiday weekend.

Community Kids will be open during the 8:30am service for Nursery and PreK ONLY. Community Kids will be closed during the 11am service.

The cafe will be open and serving Donuts. Stop in this Sunday to support Operation Christmas Child. Due to your generosity, we collected 425 shoeboxes to send gifts and the Good News of Jesus to children around the world. Community Kids packed 50 boxes. All donations made in the cafe today will help cover shipping for the boxes packed in Community Kids.

Foundations is not meeting this Sunday due to the Thanksgiving holiday. For the semester of classes offered, go to community-church.com/foundations.
