GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

Join us on the FIRST TUESDAY of each month for a time of Worship & Prayer together as a church family. Our next gathering will be at 6:30pm on March 5th. Childcare is provided for kids 5 and under. Please sign up for child care HERE.

Community Kids is looking for donations of individually wrapped candy for Easter Jam. Please drop off all donations at the Community Kids desk or in the church office.

Community Kids is looking for Volunteers! If you are interested in helping lead the 2&3 year old class during the 8:30 or 11am service, please contact Ms Wendy at wendyls@community-church.com.

This is the LAST SUNDAY to bring in donations for the Help for the Homeless Hygiene Drive.  Items can be dropped off in the CCO lobby.
Most needed items: Bathroom Tissue, Cleaning Supplies, Dental Care, Deodorant, Diapers / Baby Care, Face/ Bath Soap, Feminine Care, Hair Care, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Razors, and Trash Bags

Join us to serve at the Day by Day Warming Shelter by providing and serving a meal. Sign up HERE for the date you wish to serve and let us know what items you will be bringing for the meal.

The Bible commands that after making a decision to follow Jesus we are to be baptized. This is a symbol of new life in Christ. It shows they want to celebrate that new life in Christ and commit to living for Jesus publicly.

Friday, March 8th the CCO building will be without power. Please plan accordingly if you have any needs at church.

Community Kids is looking for egg cartons for an Easter activity. If you have clean egg cartons, please drop them off at the CK check-in desk.

Read Across Oshkosh 2024! Washington Elementary School would love your help!
Read Across Oshkosh is an opportunity for students and families to celebrate reading. Students will engage in read-alouds and discussions with community members, teachers, classmates, and families. This month long event is in connection to Read Across America.

Join us to celebrate our Risen Savior on Easter Sunday, March 31st. We will have 3 morning services at 8am | 9:30am | 11am.
Community Kids will be open for full programming at the 8:00am service; Nursery through PreK at 9:30am service; and Nursery only at the 11am service.

Join us for a special Good Friday Service on Friday, March 29th at 6:30pm.
Childcare will be provided for kids 0-2 ONLY.

AfterParty! Axe Throwing & Dinner
Join us on Saturday, March 23rd for a fun afternoon of axe throwing at Appleton Axe and dinner to follow (place to be determined). The cost for the axe throwing is $25/person and everyone will be responsible to pay for their own dinner.

Celebrate Recovery meets Friday evenings from 6-8pm at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church 808 N. Main Street Oshkosh. Come find freedom from your hurts, habits, and hangups and live the life God desires for you to live. CLICK HERE for additional information.

MISSIONS

The Mission Aviation Support Association (MASA) Board invites you to attend the annual Appreciation Dinner on Friday, March 15, 6:00 p.m., at Calvary Bible Church Neenah. Doors open at 5:15.  We would like to show our gratitude to those who have served with MASA. WE also WELCOME to attend ALL who have an interest in learning about MASA.  Please register to attend on our website, oshkoshmasa.org, by Saturday, March 9. YOUNG ADULTS

Young Adults Ministry meets on Tuesday evenings for adults age 18-28. CLICK HERE for more information.
Tuesday, March 6th we will be attending First Tuesday at CCO. We hope you can join us.

COMMUNITY KIDS

Community Kids will be open this Sunday for Nursery through 5th grade during the 8:30am & 11am services. Community Kids Unlimited (CKU), our special needs children's ministry, will be available at the 8:30am service.

Play & Praise is March 4th. Join us for story time, worship, crafts, snacks, and fellowship. Kiddos age 5 and under and their caregivers are invited to join us each month. CLICK HERE for more information.

Easter Jam is happening, Saturday March 16th at 10am! 
We look forward to having your family join us for a fun morning of worship, games, balloon animals, bounce houses and crafts for kids 12 and under. Sign up your children on the CCO Events page at community-church.com/events
We are under construction! Due to limited space this year, Easter Jam will look different.

Easter Sunday, March 31 Community Kids will be open for full programming for the 8am service; Nursery-PreK at 9:30am service; and Nursery only at the 11am service.

Sunday worship services are at 8:30am & 11am.  Join us as we continue in our series, Galatians: Set Free, looking at Galatians 3:15-29.  We will be celebrating communion during the morning services.

Foundations is at 10am with classes for all ages, nursery - adults.
During Foundations, everyone is welcome to join us for the CCO Business Meeting. The meeting will include voting in new members and succession vote. Only CCO members can vote, but all are welcome to attend. It is an exciting time at Community Church Oshkosh!

Community Kids will be open for Nursery through 5th grade during the 8:30am & 11am services. Community Kids Unlimited (CKU), our special needs children's ministry, will be available at the 8:30am service.

We will not be meeting this week due to the CCO Business Meeting.

CCO Business Meeting (Worship Center)
The meeting will include voting in new members and succession vote. It is an exciting time at Community Church Oshkosh!
It has been announced that Pastor Alan's last day as Senior Pastor at CCO will be June 30, 2024. The overseers have proposed that Pastor Karl Kramer become Senior Pastor as of July 1, 2024. The membership will vote on this recommendation at the CCO Business Meeting.
