GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

Revive Worship night is this Wednesday, January 15th! Join us at 6:30pm-8pm for a powerful night of worship. All are welcome, invite your friends and family. Childcare is provided for kids nursery - 3rd grade. PLEASE SIGN UP HERE IN ADVANCE so we can plan for your kiddos.

Ice Fishing for Panfish Clinic with Captain Greg Karch of Learn2Fish With Us

The Bible commands that after making a decision to follow Jesus we are to be baptized. This is a symbol of new life in Christ. It shows they want to celebrate that new life in Christ and commit to living for Jesus publicly.

Damascus Road Project will be hosting a Trafficking 101 Class at Community Church Oshkosh this Sunday, January 12th at 10am - 11:30am.
Damascus Road Project is dedicated to fighting the evil of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation. They are committed to bring awareness through educating, restoring and empowering the abused, and advocating for the prevention and abolition of sex trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation. Join us this Sunday, January 12th to learn how you can help and become aware to identify those being victimized.

CCO Men’s Retreat Tension - From Struggle to Strength
Men! You are invited to join us March 14 -16, 2025 at Spencer Lake Camp. Together we will explore how we can be strengthened through the many struggles and trials men face as Christians living in this time and culture. We will worship together, learn together from speakers and video testimonies, and grow together in small group discussions and prayer.

CCO Women's Event
The CCO Women’s Ministry team will be hosting their first event to get the women of CCO connected through faith, fellowship, snacks, and worship on Saturday, February 1st from 10am-12pm. Register on the CCO Events Page. Childcare will be provided for newborn through preschool. Register in advance.

We want to be a church that continues to serve and be on mission. 92g0 provides opportunities to continue to live on mission in our area. Our area code is 920, let's go out and reach the people in our area by serving them. You will find opportunities listed on the CCO Events page, select 92g0.

Join us to serve at the Day by Day Warming Shelter by providing and serving a meal. Sign up HERE for the date you wish to serve and let us know what items you will be bringing for the meal.

GROUPS

Men's Group
Men! You are invited to join us as we kick off the 1st session of the 33 Series: A man and his Marriage. We will be meeting at 6:30pm in the CCO Cafe beginning Thursday, January 9th.

Women’s Bible Study
Starting January 9th, we will begin the study "Behold Your God - Rethinking God Biblically" which is a 12-week study that focuses on God's character as revealed in the Bible, and how to embrace these descriptions of God in our lives. We will be offering a Thursday morning study at 9am and a Thursday evening study at 6:30pm.

Seniors' Community Group 
A new Community Group for seniors will be starting in January. Join us beginning January 15th on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday from 10-11:30am. We will be going through the study Power in the Name of Jesus by Jennifer Kennedy Dean. Discover the powerful and life-changing meaning behind Jesus’ “I AM” statements in the Gospel of John. Through this eight-week interactive study, learn how to live in the authority and power of the name above all names.

Celebrate Recovery meets Friday evenings from 6-8pm at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church 808 N. Main Street Oshkosh. Come find freedom from your hurts, habits, and hangups and live the life God desires for you to live. CLICK HERE for additional information.

YOUNG ADULTS

Young Adults are invited to join us the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month from 6-8pm for Bible Study. We also have activities and events planned throughout the month. CLICK HERE for more information. Young Adult Ministry is for adults age 18-28.

MISSIONS

This month we are highlighting the ministry of Natalia Starkowska. Natalia serves with Josiah Venture in Poland to equip and empower leaders, especially young Polish national leaders who to impact God’s kingdom. Learn more about her ministry HERE.

Mission Trip to Guyana 
Are you interested in a mission trip to Guyana? Join us July 12-19th, 2025 to host a VBS in Guyana. We will be coming alongside a church who has a day camp for hundreds of children. Approximate cost is $1200-1500 (based on airfare). If interested, please email Deb at dhoutsie34@yahoo.com or text 920-379-2304.

Asia Frontier Outreach (AFO) is having a Pancake Breakfast, Saturday, Feb. 15 @ the Senior Center in Oshkosh, 8:30-11:00am. We partner with AFO and their mission outreach in Myanmar. If available stop in to support them at the Pancake Breakfast.

COMMUNITY KIDS

Community Kids will be open for Full Programming during the 8:30am & 10am services. Community Kids Unlimited (CKU), our special needs children's ministry, will be available at the 8:30am service.

CSM

CSM SNOW DUELS

Worship services are at 8:30am & 10am.  Join us this Sunday, as we continue in our series, Strangely Dim. We will be looking at John 1:19-51.

Community Kids will be open for Full Programming during the 8:30am & 10am services. Community Kids Unlimited (CKU), our special needs children's ministry, will be available at the 8:30am service.

The cafe will be open and serving Cinnamon Rolls. All donations will support Damascus Road.
Damascus Road is a local organization that fights against trafficking and helps bring awareness and education to the prevention of human trafficking. You can learn more about the ministry by stopping by the table in the lobby this Sunday.

FOUNDATIONS

The new Foundations classes kick off this Sunday, January 12th. We will have classes at both the 8:30 & 10am services. Check out the new classes at community-church.com/foundations.

What does the Bible say about how Christians should relate to government? While it doesn’t directly address every modern political system or specific issues in today’s government, Scripture provides a wealth of wisdom through the lives of those who served, opposed, or coexisted with ruling authorities.

Caregiver Connection | 10am
Life is busy.  It can be difficult to get to know other people and develop friendships, especially if you’re a caregiver!  Join us and other parents/caregivers for Caregiver Connection!   Caregiver Connection starts with a short devotional and the rest of the time is to connect with others amid the chaos of life.
